Return Requirements To be eligible for a return, fragrance products must be:

Unopened, unused, and completely untampered with.

Sealed in their original packaging with the cellophane wrapper fully intact.

Packaged with all original boxes, inserts, and promotional materials included.
Note: We reserve the right to inspect returned items to determine if they meet our resale standards.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping fees are waived if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect bottle.
Non-Returnable Items

Opened, sprayed, or used fragrance bottles and sample sets.

Individual items from a bundle or gift set (unless the entire set is returned complete).
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you prefer a different fragrance, please return your unopened item for a refund and place a new order online.
